PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM FAQ
A clear production process helps the shoot run smoothly — from brief and moodboard to final delivery. Here are the most common questions before booking a photography or film project.
-
I work on beauty, fashion, portrait, product, fragrance, and commercial campaigns — from editorial photography to short-form brand films and social-first content. Projects can be created for personal branding, campaign launches, websites, social media, press, or advertising use.
-
Yes. Many productions can be planned as hybrid shoots, combining campaign images, portraits, product visuals, reels, and short brand films within the same production day. This is ideal for brands that need a complete content package for launch, social media, website, and ads.
-
Depending on the project, production can include concept development, moodboard, creative direction, makeup, styling, art direction, location or studio planning, the shoot itself, professional retouching, editing, color grading, and final delivery. You have one point of contact from brief to delivery.
-
Yes. Portraits and smaller productions can be shot solo or with selected team members, depending on the concept, scale, and final deliverables. For larger beauty, fashion, or commercial projects, I usually recommend building the right team around the brief.
-
Please include the brand name, project type, visual references, desired deliverables, deadline, location, usage needs, and available budget range. If the concept is not fully defined yet, I can help shape the direction.
-
Each project is quoted based on the concept, shoot duration, team size, location, usage rights, number of final images or videos, and post-production needs. After receiving the brief, I send a clear estimate before anything is confirmed.
-
Send your brief through the contact page. I’ll reply within 48 hours with availability, an initial production approach and a quote. Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit.
-
For commercial projects, licensing is agreed in the quote according to usage, territory and duration. Portrait commissions include personal-use rights; commercial usage is licensed separately.
-
Final retouched images are typically delivered within 10 working days of the shoot. Film delivery timelines depend on the scope, duration and number of versions required and are confirmed in the production estimate. Rush delivery may be available — please ask when booking.
-
No — final retouched images and edited films are the deliverables. Selection, color, retouching, and finishing are part of the creative process you are hiring me for.
-
Yes, depending on availability. Rescheduling should be requested as early as possible, especially when a team, studio, location, or travel is involved. Production costs already committed may still apply.
